The developers of a high-speed bullet train between Dallas and Houston added two former public officials to its team, the company announced.

Texas Central Partners has tapped former Texas Transportation Commission memberJeff Moseley as its state vice president. Moseley also served as Denton County judge, a position that oversees the commissioners court, in the 1990s.
