As the new year arrived, Texas Rail Advocates received a copy of A NEW TRANSPORTATION AGENDA FOR AMERICA from the National Center For Intermodal Transportation. Board Advisor member Gil Carmichael has asked us to disseminate this white paper that was presented to President Bush last November. We urge you to read this document on our web page. It will be sent to various local and state officials.
