RCR Hempstead Logistics Park is now under development in Hempstead, Waller County, and plans are to serve "national- and international-grade manifest and transload firms desiring to locate in the Northwest quadrant of Houston with rail service from Union Pacific rail.”

The west side of the rail park borders the busy Union Pacific Sunset line, which ran the first commercial rail cars through Hempstead in 1858. The Hempstead site is planned to open in June. RCR has a similar logistics park under development in Taylor, Texas.

Transload yards, like ones being developed by RCR, help feed traffic to the Class 1 railroads like BNSF Railway and Union Pacific Railroad.

In 2008, she co-founded McAlister Investment Real Estate. McAlister has originated and supported over $150 million in land transactions.
