More transit oriented development for DART's SMU-Mockingbird Station

Construction cranes towering over DART’s SMU-Mockingbird rail station signal the start of a major transit-oriented development.
Called Eastline, the 12-acre mixed-use project stretches between North Central Expressway and the DART station and includes high-rise apartments, retail, an office building and a hotel.
Chicago-based developer Convexity Properties is building the project, combining two existing buildings with new tower construction.
